Matthew F. Kajfez, Principal
Matthew F. Kajfez is the founder and principal of Harrison Matthews Consulting, LLC. With more than 35 years of experience in the fields of supply chain and logistics, Matt supports a range of capabilities for clients that include acquisition due diligence, operations/cash/profitability improvement and investment monetization.
Before founding Harrison Matthews, Matt held prior roles that, more recently, include Chief Procurement Officer of Ferro Corporation, where he oversaw global procurement and $1.2B of Direct/Indirect/Transportation spend, and Director of Non-Metal Procurement at Aleris International. Matt also served in global procurement leadership positions at both Saint-Gobain and General Electric.
Richard Meacci, Senior Associate
Richard Meacci is a Senior Associate of Harrison Matthews Consulting, LLC. Through his Meacci and Associates firm, Rich has held numerous financial leadership roles, including, most recently, Chief Financial Officer of Pacific World Corporation. He also held various financial capacities with Deloitte.
His financial expertise include GAAP/IFRS, cash flow management, M&A – due diligence/accounting/integration, audits, derivative and hedge accounting, SOX, raising capital, financial systems/ERPS, turn-around/restructuring consulting, debt restructuring, SEC filings and Chapter 11 reorganizations.
